PERFORMANCE OBSERVATION SESSIONS
Examples of what we can work on during your sessions
Observe your behaviour during competition and/or training to understand both your productive and unhelpful behaviours - both conscious and unconscious.
Use microphones to record communication and self talk, to build a clear picture of how your mind is working during performance.
Monitor both positive and negative interactions with coaches, competitors, teammates, yourself and crowds.
All of the above and much more can be used to build a picture of exactly how you and your mind are working during performance. This allows us to build a plan that will give you the skills needed to reduce negative influences, both internal and external - Whilst implementing a pathway towards a positive and calm approach to life and performance, helping you to maximise your potential.
