PERFORMANCE OBSERVATION SESSIONS

Examples of what we can work on during your sessions

  • Observe your behaviour during competition and/or training to understand both your productive and unhelpful behaviours - both conscious and unconscious.

  • Use microphones to record communication and self talk, to build a clear picture of how your mind is working during performance.

  • Monitor both positive and negative interactions with coaches, competitors, teammates, yourself and crowds.

All of the above and much more can be used to build a picture of exactly how you and your mind are working during performance. This allows us to build a plan that will give you the skills needed to reduce negative influences, both internal and external - Whilst implementing a pathway towards a positive and calm approach to life and performance, helping you to maximise your potential.

Where: Online via Zoom - the most comfortable environment there is for a session! (No new environment to worry about).
